Improvement: initialize evsemaster_max_current with current value

It would be nice to initialize the current value of evsemaster_max_current control with the evsemaster_current value

I will start having a look to the code and try to provide a PR to improve this

Current is a measurement at a specific point in the charging session while Max Current is a config option to what the charger is configured to deliver to the car; I don't think those should be tied together?

(Though the measured current should likely not exceed the configured max current...)
