Reimplement Settings screen

The settings screen should:

- [x] Allow creating backups (option only - not impl)
- [x] Importing backups (option only)
- [x] Enable/Disable Autofill Service
- [x] Provide a way to show 3rd Party Libraries
- [x] Enable/Disable biometric authentication
- [x] Resetting main password
- [x] Provide a way to report issues
