New module-browser app isn't listed in the nav_bar

Can the module-browser be included as a link in the nav_bar? Tested with version 4.0.7

I've tried "sys/module-browser" and "module-browser" but it doesn't appear in the list.

The module browser isn't in 4.0, it'll be in the next release 4.1.
