Can't click links in app popovers #4707
Description
In the interactive sessions page, there is a sidebar with all the installed or frequent apps, and they have a popover with additional info. Several of these popovers (at OSC) have links in the description, but the popover fades as soon as the mouse leaves the app item to move into the popover. This should really keep the popover open when it itself is hovered over, as well as when the mouse is in the gap between the item and popover.
