Results not showing all notices

Hello, i have this simple query to find out why not all notices are showing up:

SELECT ?publicationNumber
WHERE {
  FILTER (?publicationNumber = "00305240-2025")
  
  ?notice a epo:Notice ;
    epo:hasNoticePublicationNumber ?publicationNumber .

However, i am not getting any results for this sparql query.
Any suggestions?

Thank you for your question.

The reason you're not seeing results in your SPARQL query is because the information you're trying to retrieve hasn't yet been propagated to Cellar (our triple store). This propagation process typically takes about one day to complete.

I was initially planning to start my own thread, but since I’m experiencing the same issue, I thought I’d reply here instead. Thank you for the explanation—it already helped me understand the situation better.

I've been querying weekly competition notices for about two months now, and I’ve noticed a decline in the number of returned entries over the past few weeks. I’m not sure whether this is due to an actual reduction in published notices or if something has changed.

Additionally, I’ve observed that many more recent notices appear in the TED advanced search but are still missing from the SPARQL endpoint.

For example, this notice is already two weeks old and still not available via SPARQL:

Other missing notices (published about a week ago) include:

Could you please give me an answer on this regards? Where is the Issue?
This is not a small or isolated issue. I can pick random competition entries up to a month, which can´t be found over a simple SPARQL query.

Thank you for using our service.

You are experiencing this issue because up until 31/07/2025 we only transformed the competition and result notices corresponding to SDK 1.3-SDK 1.10. We now transform all competition result notices up to the latest version of the SDK 1.13. We are working on the backlog of notices that were not available before 31+07+2025, we currently have the competition and result notice transformation covering all SDK versions from 25/06/2025 onwards. The back-log is being updated daily.

Thank you for your response and the explanation , @muricna. I lost almost my mind, finding the issue. In the end I switched back to parsing XML entries. I will invest into sparql queries another time.

All eforms since they were published are now in Cellar, so I hope you will go back to the sparql queries soon.
