Describe the Bug

The non-segmentation region indicator of the One‑Click tool is displayed when another segmentation tool is selected after using the One‑Click tool. Even though all other tools are working properly.

Note: The Issue exists in OSS 3.11 and OSS 3.12

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the study
2. Add new segmentation
3. Select one-click tool and hover over the image
4. Observe the indicator of the non-segmentable region

The current behavior

The non-segmentation region indicator of the One‑Click tool is displayed when another segmentation tool is selected after using the One‑Click tool. Even though all other tools are working properly.

The expected behavior

The non-segmentation region indicator of the One‑Click tool is not expected when another segmentation tool is selected after using the One‑Click tool.
