[Bug] Certain measurement tools in microscopy mode cannot be applied via a click and drag

Describe the Bug

In microscopy mode the following tools can only be applied via a click, release and move, etc. gesture. They cannot be applied via a click and drag as they can in other modes.

• length
• circle
• box
• polygon

Steps to Reproduce

1. View a study in microscopy.
2. Choose to add one of the markups listed above
3. Attempt to apply the markup via a click and drag.

The current behavior

No markup is drawn.

The expected behavior

The markup is drawn.
