[17.0] mail_composer_cc_bcc: Email recipient splitting when adding CC in Odoo 17

Describe the bug

When adding a CC recipient in Odoo 17, whole email recipient address gets incorrectly split, causing delivery issues. This problem occurs only when CC is added. If only To or BCC recipients are used, the email works correctly and the recipient address does not split.

To Reproduce

17.0:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open (sale order or invoice) click on chatter send message
2. add cc
3. send mail

Expected behavior
Adding a CC recipient should not affect or split whole recipient email address.

Additional context
if also the mail is send from send email from sale order and a cc is added the whole recepient adress is getting splitted
