Introduce way to test default reward

When setting a default reward with an experiment in case of using an advice_id, it would be useful to be able to test your default reward, so that you won't end up with errors without noticing it.

Is there a way we could add that to the simulation? I guess that’s the easiest place to implement such a functionality.

I can make a separate endpoint for it, in the evaluation handlers perhaps? I'm not sure if it's easy to fit in the simulation, do you have an idea?
