Use telescope instead of netrw when opening directories

Hello!

I can't seem to figure out how to use telescope to open directories when passing a directory to neovim from the command line. This is my current config for telescope:

telescope is lazy-loaded so it can't hijack netrw until you do something that triggers it (see https://github.com/nvim-telescope/telescope-file-browser.nvim/issues/413)

A workaround is feasible with an autocmd like in neo-tree

feel free to open a PR if you figure out how to do it

Hmm... Can I just copy and paste the neo-tree solution to the pluginRC for telescope, replacing parts of the config as required? Are there any apparent downsides to that I should be wary of?
