What happened?
Attempt to find undefined name in pbuf ac_CO2
This message comes from line 280 in src/physics/cam/co2_cycle.F90
What are the steps to reproduce the bug?
Turn off co2_readflux_aircraft (co2_readflux_aircraft = .false. in namelist).
Turn on co2_cycle (so that co2_flag is .true.).
What CAM-Nor tag were you using?
