Each MEP only once per Session

As mentioned in other issues, receiving the same mail/fax over and over again is more like spam than effective.
In addition to individual texts it would be better, if I don’t send the same message in a short amount of time to the same person.
Maybe there could be something like a MEP-Block for x minutes/hours for one session?

Good suggestion - currently we don't keep track on how often each MEP gets called - it's pure random.

There are two options for doing this:

• User sessions and excluding MEPs from there
• A global list of MEPs where the selected MEP is removed - if the list is empty reload

The second is nicer to the user - however they don't get to see all the MEPs

Hm… there is also a big strategic difference. Because with the second version you can guarantee that each MEP is at least displayed once, but you also kind of circumvent the score and degrade it to an simple order of appearance.

I'd opt for the first.
