A versions directory should be created that holds the runtime and build time version numbers required by the GSI-monitor. The module files should then be rewritten and a loading script introduced to source the version files and load the modules based on environmental variables. This should follow the methodology laid out in NOAA-EMC/global-workflow#3808.
