Demo Making Code Cells Executable

It'd be nice to have the option to execute the cells of the notebooks without having to navigate away from the page, see: Make your code cells executable. The difficulty lies in the compute required and complexity of creating a suitable virtual environment. To simplify this initially we can trail it for a template notebook that has minimal complexity.
