How to check the plugin is activated and ready to fw data?

Hi

I have installed mattermost using an other docker-compose file, and I am trying to integrate your plugin in this docker-compose file following the example you have in your own docker-compose file.
After sentry is deployed, how can I check that the plugin is installed correctly and ready to fw the data to sentry?
Where do we set the MM hook in your plugin?
