Block break animation weird behaviour

Block break animation can be "weird" sometimes. It seems like it skips an animation step forward and goes back

This issue also happened with WindSpigot, did not with Panda, thus i am assuming it is caused by a patch which is in Wind and Titanium.

This behaviour mostly happens random and is not really reproduceable by any "steps to reproduce".

I think changes in entity tracking cause that... And btw. video is private, but I get what are you talking about

Because Titanium use WindSpigot entity tracker changes. And I have idea why it's happening but I have to test this more
