Some suggestions

Hi, just had a few suggestions.
Command that toggles if non-in-channel members can use the tts command (just in case)
Ability for the bot to "remember" the last-used voice so a member wouldn't have to re-type the desired model (if they use it a bunch)
Maybe some way the bot could "best-guess" the entered model? (if someone made a typo or forgot a hyphen or number etc)
