Make exports more practical for repeated audit and reporting workflows by adding context and reuse.

Problem / Context

Current exports provide data, but repeated reporting workflows would benefit from more built-in structure such as export metadata, reusable configurations, and clearer output context.

Proposed Solution

Add export metadata that includes the active filters and date range, plus support for reusable export presets or saved column sets.

Acceptance Criteria

• Export output includes useful metadata about the applied filters or time range.
• Users can reuse common export configurations without rebuilding them manually.
• Export behavior remains compatible with the current export flow and config model.
