DatePicker is missing dateValidator which is present in the doc #328

Hi!
The documentation mention a property dateValidator on the AdaptiveDatePicker but it seems to not exist.
The official Material3 offer something similar on the state with a selectableDates properties but it doesn't exist either on this adaptive version.
