[feature] Support for pipx

pipx requires certain files (notably setup.py)
```
$ pipx install git+https://github.com/MatthewZMD/emigo

ERROR: git+https://github.com/MatthewZMD/emigo does not appear to be a Python project: neither 'setup.py' nor 'pyproject.toml' found.
Cannot determine package name from spec 'git+https://github.com/MatthewZMD/emigo'. Check package spec for errors.
```
