orchestra_part_split transposes Clarinet in C #2
Description
orchestra_part_split transposes "Clarinet in C" parts to "Clarinet in Bb".
E.g., Beethoven 1.
The latter is now more standard, but we're sticking with in C if the source uses it.
Manual correction for now, but review if this comes up a lot.
