Description
Right now alerts will only be set when the scheduler is run. The default configuration is to have the sms_filter scheduler run every minute, but this requires cron to run and still introduces a bottleneck. In the sake of expediting alert delivery, maybe this functionality should be implemented with a Kohana trigger.
