[User Story]: Place new projects in folders

Summary

As user I would like to be able to place projects into folders while creating them, so I don't have to find them after creation and move them into a folder as a separate step.

Technical Notes

I see two options: Either supplement the "add project" dialog with a field "folder" to select the folder the new project should be in (maybe reuse the "move into folder" dialog) or add a "add project" menu item to the context menu of every folder.

• There is an option to place new projects immediately with the creation in a folder.
• The user is not forced to actively select a folder. The default is to place a new project into "ungrouped".

• The technical requirements of the story have been implemented completely
