[BUG] A lot of post-2023 M3 apps can't be completely themed (Pitch Black theme) through Colorblendr on Android 13

Describe the bug

Tested Colorblendr on Android 13 roms (Pixel Experience, Evolution X) and after switching on Android 15 ROMs (PixelOS, LineageOS, etc):

1. On Android 15 Colorblendr can fully theme the majority of post-2023 Material 3 apps (apply Black theme, for example) even without adding those apps to "Force per app theme" list

2. While on Android 13 QPR3 ROMs you can't fully customize a lot of post-2023 Material 3 apps (have a Black background) even when adding to "Force per app theme" list

Just curious what can be the cause and if maybe it's possible to troubleshoot it somehow (It's just that A13 roms are just more stable and have less bugs for my device, so that's why it's preferable to stay on it)

Haven't tested Android 12 or Android 14 so can't really tell

Steps to reproduce

Trying to enable Pitch Black theme option or change Background lightness in Colorblendr for Google apps like:
Google Chrome v128.0.6613.88 (Or any version post v117.0.5938.153)

Google Clock v7.12 (Or any version post v7.5 (535768093)-75001398)

Google Calendar v2024.13.0-620698557 (Or any version post v2022.30.2-463576837)

And other apps like:

MMRL (Magisk Module Manager, com.dergoogler.mmrl) v34181

WebUI X v80 (com.dergoogler.mmrl.wx)

Wavelet (Equalizer app, com.pittvandewitt.wavelet) v25.06 (2190) (Or any version post v23.09)

Athena (Device info app, dev.sebaubuntu.athena.dev) v0.2.0 (Or any version post v0.1.0)

Expected behavior

On Android 15 those apps completely theming just fine, while on Android 13 they retain grey background even after adding them to "Force per app theme" list
