Support for Cyrillic alphabet in working with question bases and import/export of CSV databases.

As far as I know, in this software it is possible to create questions in Cyrillic alphabet, moreover, they are displayed on the screen correctly, but, unfortunately, the export of these questions to CSV is not correct - instead of them in CSV-files are displayed incomprehensible symbols, and if you edit them yourself, when you import them into this programme you get an error.

That's why I would like to get an update of support for working with Cyrillic alphabet in the future, as there are many different languages, for example, Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Kazakh, Belarussian, and many other languages.

Hmm that's a good one. Questions in Cyrillic are indeed supported in the application.
But maybe the exported CSV's are exported in the wrong format. I'm not sure about that honestly.

I will look at this issue and hopefully we find a solution for this. When I know more, then there will be a message from my side. ;)
