Help with jitter free output

Hi i was trying to use an esp32 to drive a vga signal but the sync pulses I create have a lot of jitter in them and I found your project that seems to explain that it's to do with 1ms Interrupts messing everything up.

I tried running your code but the signal output also shows jitter. But not I think the 1ms mess.

Do you have a cut down version that shows a solid clock output that I could look at?

I saw bitluni has a project that drives a solid clock out using a different approach but it's rather complicated and I want to experiment a bit with impact of timing on vga sync and monitor tolerance. Yours looked more straightforward.
