Update README and reorganize repository structure (#13)

This pull request reorganizes the repository and updates the README to
improve
clarity, readability, and usability for both technical and non-technical
users.

Changes include:

- Centralized project logo and title using HTML `<div>` for better
presentation.
- Rewritten project stages with clear explanations; current stage: Stage
2 –
  Smart Suggestions (Recipe Recommendations).
- Outlined future stages: Stage 3, Stage 4, and Stage 5 (Smart Camera &
AI Features).
- Added Tools & Technologies table and instructions to run the app
locally.
- Updated Team section with member names.
- Added a concise Vision statement to describe project goals.

These updates make it easier for contributors to understand the project,
navigate
the repository, and get started quickly.
