Need more relevant tests

bohra needs more relevant test suite to trigger different parts of the pipeline and to test appropriateness of outputs

• test serotypes
• test amr
• test plasmids
• test tree building
• test checks for removal of dodgy seqs and other errors

Most of these can be tested with assemblies and do not need to be large datasets or complicated structures.
