[Bug]: Radio Group has odd tabbing behavior around selected radio buttons.

Description

When tabbing through a radio group, you will see behavior similar to #135, but only for selected radio buttons. It will highlight, you will tab, it will un-highlight but still be on the current radio button, then continue on as normal.

Steps to reproduce

Visit your docs.

Tab into the radio group. When you are tabbing through, the highlight will disappear. Each of the below images represents a single hit of the tab key.

Expected behavior

The selected radio button should not have a hidden second component discoverable by tabs.
