Describe the bug
Navigating way from page with chart throws error
Prematurely disposed or observer is not disconnecting

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start a webassembly project (default)
2. Add nuget package rc 6
3. Add chart to counter page
4. Install Wasm-tools
5. Debug App
6. Navigate to counter page
7. Navigate away

Expected behavior
No error thrown

Downgrading to rc 5.4 (and direct linking SkiaSharp.View.Blazor 3.119.1 solves it.
