OpenCL Caps Viewer not detected that it's missing an icon #2927

Splitting out from #2691 as requested in #2691 (comment).
Some apps might not appear in the Icons request list, despite the fact they do not have an icon in Lawnicons.
As of 3e657e0 one known case of this is OpenCL Caps Viewer. According to Activity Launcher the app's only activity is apparently a private one?? The affected app component is:
de.saschawillems.openclcapsviewer/org.qtproject.qt5.android.bindings.QtActivity
Quoting #2691 (comment) for an easily accessible reference:
I'm not really sure how to diagnose the former cases, as getting the list of all system apps (from GetSystemPackageList) doesn't yield these package names. Might want to troubleshoot this again as well.
