AttributeError: module 'esphome.config_validation' has no attribute 'ipv4'

Ever since the update yesterday to ESPHome 2025.2.0, I am no longer able to update any of my switches. Here's the error message I get:

I just updated the components and yaml configs to reference the update components. If you can delete the .esphome/packages folder, then your esphome instance will immediately check for updates and work fine. Otherwise, your ESPHome instance won't check again for 24 hours.

Hmmm, I'm not seeing that folder.

It's a major pain to find. First you have to turn off the security mode in the terminal and restart it. Then I did a docker ps -a to find the esphome container, then I entered that using docker exec -it <container_name> bash and then in that window you can search for the appropriate esphome directory. I did all this and got it built, but you might just want to wait until tomorrow...

Yea this is one reason why I don't use the Home Assistant add on.

FYI, I was able to trigger the check for updates by simply deleting everything in the 'trash' folder. I did it inside the 24 hr timeline and that seemed to do the trick.
