"receiving" does not seem to work

Hi, great app! 

I have connected it with MaxMSP 
I am trying to send to my phone float signal through /vibrate to the address reported by the /ipport
however the phone does not respond

is it a question of syntax or it does not work? 
is there some more detailed documentation?
