Legacy Issues

Hey Julian,

I tried to run the requirements file and halfway through, it unfortunately breaks up with a legacy error due to a failure in the numpy package. I have not seen something like this before and did not really find an answer to it. Have you ever heard of someone trying to use your project and getting a similar error?
