Issue with downloading of data plot

Hi Joachim,

I am facing issues with downloading of the data plots. It says "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.Can you please look into it.

Thanks for reporting. Can you add some details:

• Which URL are you using?
• Which download option do you use (png, pdf, ...)?
• Does this happen with different browsers
• Does this happen with example data?
