Trims and saw width

Hi, do your library capable to set edge trims and saw width ? I attach image of another wood plate cut optimizer for better understanding. In practical edges of plate often damages and it needs to be cut off. Also saw disc's width matters it takes around 4-5mm. If it's not realized in lib maybe you give me path to dig

As this repo tackles the academic bin packing problem it does not support trims and sawblade-loss natively.
However, add support for both of these features (in a fork) should not be too difficult.
Let me give you some pointers:

Trims

• Write a preprocessor to resize the bin (cut off the trims) before presenting it to the algorithm
• Write a postprocessor to adapt the solution (with shrunken bin) back to the full bin

Sawblade-loss (if loss is equal for all cuts)

Let's say the loss is 4mm for all cuts:

• Write a preprocessor to inflate all items (and the bin!!) on every side by 2mm
• Write a postprocessor to scale the items and bins back and add the 4mm cuts

The patterns will be guaranteed to be able to accommodate cuts of 4mm since all parts were inflated 2mm during optimization.

Sawblade-loss (if loss is not equal for all cut)

In case the loss is specific to the cut, let's say cuts on the first level at 4mm and cuts on lower levels at 2mm.
Here, you would need to modify generate_insertion_node_blueprints to ensure additional nodes can only be created if there is enough room left to create the cuts.
In this case you would again need a postprocessor to actually generate the cuts.

The code is full of u64 types. If you want to support losses with odd widths, you should scale the whole thing by a factor of 2 to eliminate floating-point numbers.
