[FR] Allow Package Priority to be set with a flag

Currently in jamf-cli, packages uploaded to JCDS (possibly any distribution point) get a static priority of 3 assigned to them.

Would it be possible to get a flag to set priority?

This could be implemented just like --category is, with a --priority flag for setting the value.
