BLUEPRINTS features not working

Hi,

I should mention that we use Jamf Pro Cloud, though with a custom URL that’s a holdover from our migration from on-premises to the cloud.

this is not doing anything for me:

• Hover over any blueprint name to see all configured settings — DDM profiles, passcode policies, software update settings, and more
• Hover over the "Scoped to" text to see which groups and devices are in scope, with an Export CSV button for device lists

the other Jamf Pro features seem to work.

Thanks very much for the feedback! Can I please have you do some investigation on your end? I am unable to replicate it with a custom domain. Can you please follow the steps below and either screenshot/copy-paste what shows in the DevTools console?

1. Open the browser with Jamf Extender configured and navigate to the Blueprints main page
2. Navigate to "Manage Extensions" in Chrome, please find Jamf Extender and click "Service Worker"
3. DevTools should open up, when it does, please attempt hovering over the name of the blueprint, you should see some information come in in the DevTools window
4. Please attempt hovering over text that shows which groups are scoped (not the text "scopted to"), you should see some information come in in the DevTools window
5. Screenshot/copy-paste the content in DevTools

Before uploading here, please sanitize the data so org-specific info does not show. What I'm looking for specifically is "Platform region discovered" and/or any errors. If there is too much to sanitize, please feel free to email me: jonathan.yuresko@jamf.com.

it is only working after resizing the browser window.

when i resize the chrome window and hover over again:
