[Documentation]: Update API docs to reflect new functionalities

What area of the project documentation is missing, lacking or could be clearer?
The API documentation on the TerraDraw website(by TypeDoc) has not been updated in a while and so many handy features have been introduced since then but have not been updated in the docs.

How could this documentation be improved? What would you like to see here?
Update the documentation by rebuilding the docs and running npm run docs

Hey @KWangechi - thanks for this, it's a good reminder! I am tempted to do something similar to what was done for the Terra Draw website, where docs are built automatically on every release to fix this problem more permanently and keep the docs up to date.

I will keep thinking about the best way to tackle this!

Thanks again for raising, it reminded me we need to keep the docs up to date in a more automated way. I'm going to close this in favour of automated releases of the docs site: #859
