Wallpaper fixed on one monitor

Hey i normally used two monitos and for some reason i cant seem to change the wallpaper on one of the monitors. the animation starts but then it crashes and "stays" with the walppaper im stuck with. if anyone know what can cause this and/or how to fix, id be grateful to know :)

That is most likely an issue with SWWW Make sure you have the current version installed
