Irregular (zeroes?) reporting of 'gum' (and 'global') in the data

In the files {s}_CEDS_emissions_by_country_sector_v{ceds_release}.csv" for s in species, I find that most countries are reported exactly the same number of times.

Here using v_2025_03_11

Two "countries" are exceptions.
These are Guam ('gum') and the international ('global') territories.

1. 'global' - while it should of course be in aviation and shipping, it also shows up (as zeroes) in transportation sulfur but not in waste sulfur
2. 'gum' - also here, it shows up for instance in transportation sulfur but not in waste sulfur. gum is missing more often than global. gum has energy, industry, residential and commercial, and transportation, but not others (agriculture, solvents, waste). Not that it will likely matter in numbers, but I just noticed it in my plots.
