29-bit (and, optionally, mixed 11/29 mode) arbitration ID support? #49

Hello, my use case targets a deployed bus that uses 29-bit arbIDs and UDS / ISO-TP. (2015 Fiat 500 Sport (3C3) B-CAN and C-CAN buses.)
Is anyone aware of any efforts made to add this support to the ELM327-emulator project? At the moment there aren't any open pull requests, but there are 101 forks.
Perhaps someone has already started looking at this?
I'm willing to contribute some energy to help make this happen, and may undertake it on my own if nobody else has spent any time on it...
Any thoughts, information, status, updates, etc. welcome!
