[Bug]: label part of the ExpansionPanel is being cut off for the small alphabet #1978

Description
If styling applies different size for the fonts, the label's text can become cut off.
Reproduction
- Run the attached sample:

Notice that the bottom of the text seems to be "cut off", the small letters "g", "j", "p", "q", and "y"
