Cannot attach record from the register to the "Parallel Review" workflow if master data attached

Issue somewhere between custom-workflows, uploader, docreg and masterdata.

Way to reproduce:

1. Create a register
2. Create a document
3. Attach a master data to the register (do not edit created document after that)
4. Start "Request document approval" workflow
5. Attach a document
6. Click "Start Workflow"
7. Get error:
