Reuse existing published SKOS URIs from ERA

For example, in the shacl for gauging, we see this list

Please, do the same for any SKOS related values already published in https://data-interop.era.europa.eu/era-vocabulary/era-skos

Thanks for raising this point.

The current SHACL enumeration uses the ccstms-aligned identifiers (via skos:hiddenLabel), which were introduced to ensure internal consistency during the initial alignment phase.

However, the SKOS concept model itself is already aligned with the official ERA/RINF published concept URIs (e.g. /nominal-track-gauges/10, /20, etc.), where:
the URI represents the canonical concept identifier,
skos:notation carries the aligned RINF code,

To ensure full consistency with the already published ones, the SHACL constraints will be updated in a forthcoming revision.
