`neural_traj.py` as the entry point for gpfa

neural_traj.pyis the entry point for the gpfa method. The user shall give a list with the following structure: [trials[spiketrains[times]]]and the binsize as a parameter. Internally this structure is converted to a BinnedSpikeTrain and the sqrt counts are returned.
