[Feature] Prevent CMD Window from Opening and closing during batch operations.

Overview

I love what this program can do, its amazing and easy to use. I am currently transcribing thousands of files. But while running the directory transcription option, the command window is constantly opening and closing, which interrupts other programs and tasks like typing. So it is very difficult to have this program running and perform other tasks in the meantime. A way to run the process in the background, or have the command prompt remain open so that it could be minimized would be excellent.
