[Feature Request] Bind toggle "use alternate assets" to keyboard & controller hotkeys.

This would allow both casual users and modders to quickly compare graphical mods to vanilla at the touch of a button while playing.

This could lead to some modders tweaking their work as they can more easily see how their texture holds up not just on a graphical fidelity aspect but on an artistic quality aspect especially when trying to keep it faithful to the original asrtistic intentions.

I think that just being able to bind this would be a great help and maybe we can get fully keybinding madness down the line for other folks that want that.
