Demonstration of creation and use of split RMFs for XRISM-Resolve #261

@DavidT3

Description

@DavidT3

Would be a demonstration of that particular function of rslmkrmf, for more efficient analysis of certain XRISM-Resolve data. Though I currently don't know when you should use this particular approach, or how you decide based on the data that you have - presumably when you really need to use the X-large RMF type, but have limited memory resources?

A big part of the notebook would be showing the reader how it works in XSPEC - potentially could get an XSPEC team member to put some time into this notebook, given I think it is one of their newer features.
