This replicates something in the traditional XSPEC documentation, so may overlap a little with some of the other tutorial notebooks.
I would still want to make edits where they are needed however, I am not completely set on it remaining exactly the same as the XSPEC demonstration. Though that is something I would have to discuss with the XSPEC team, I don't wish to be rude.
Again matplotlib would be the preferred plotting choice, and we could refer to the new notebook we'll create that explains the matplotlib vs svg device methods, demonstrating each.
